A sensory journey that focuses on the relationship between the nature of the elements of traditional cuisine, their natural seasonality and the unique history of innovation of our restaurant.

The rediscovery of native products, wild vegetables and of traditional recipes, deconstructed in the individual ingredients, cooking and treatment processes and then recompose them updated to the requests of today's guest. Domenico will take you on a gastronomic-chromatic journey, taken in loan from the biodiversity of the territory of Puglia.

We have chosen to serve one à la carte menu or three different tasting menus:
